Our Story
Zootility was born in 2012 with a single idea: a credit-card-sized multi-tool that could go anywhere. We launched the PocketMonkey® on Kickstarter, and over 1,900 backers helped bring it to life. That vote of confidence from everyday people told us something important -- there's a real market for clever, well-made tools that solve real problems.
More than a decade later, we're still at it. What started as one product has grown into a full line of outdoor tools, gifts, multi-tools, magnets, and accessories -- all designed with the same obsessive attention to quality and function.

Our 3,000 sq-ft shop is located in Portland, Maine, where we design, manufacture, and ship every product. We believe American manufacturing matters, and we're committed to keeping all the jobs and craftsmanship possible right here at home.
